These terms apply to the public Qubit website. Client work is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement.
Website information
The material on this website describes Qubit’s services and general approach. It is provided for general information and does not form a proposal, warranty, or commitment to deliver a particular result.
Project enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or obligation for either party. Confidential or commercially sensitive information should only be shared after appropriate terms, including an NDA where needed, are in place.
Portfolio profiles
Public portfolio profiles are anonymised descriptions of engagement types and delivery standards. Client-specific details, references, screens, and outcomes are shared only when permission and confidentiality obligations allow.
Intellectual property
The website’s design, copy, graphics, and code may not be reproduced or presented as another organisation’s work without permission. Ownership of client deliverables is defined by the relevant project agreement.
External services
Links or references to third-party services do not imply control or responsibility for those services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.
