This is a hands-on product design role for someone who can understand a difficult operating domain, find the structure inside it, and turn that structure into software people can use. You will work directly with clients and engineers from early framing through production quality.

01

Frame user and business problems through interviews, workflow mapping, evidence, and direct product thinking.

02

Turn complex roles, states, permissions, and edge cases into clear information architecture and interaction flows.

03

Create prototypes and visual systems with enough fidelity to resolve the important decisions early.

04

Work inside implementation reviews, refine responsive and accessible behaviour, and close the gap between design and production.

05

Explain the reasoning behind the work and help clients make focused product decisions.

01

A portfolio showing complex software products—not only marketing surfaces or isolated screens.

02

Strong interaction, information architecture, visual design, typography, and prototyping craft.

03

Evidence that your decisions survived contact with technical constraints, edge cases, and real users.

04

Comfort working directly with senior engineers and decision-makers without a delivery relay.

05

The ability to critique sharply, receive critique well, and keep the work moving.

A senior title is the goal, but hands-on ownership is not.

Show us how you think.

Send a short note, relevant work, and one difficult problem you personally owned. Skip the polished cover letter. Specific evidence is more useful.
